Danny Rahim is a highly experienced Mental Health and Performance Coach passionate about fostering mental wellbeing and peak performance within the workplace.
His journey into mental health advocacy began at thirteen when his mother was involved in a near-fatal car accident and was subsequently diagnosed with bipolar disorder. As a young carer for his mother and two sisters, Danny faced numerous challenges, culminating in his own breakdown in 2012. These experiences ignited his curiosity and commitment to turning personal adversity into a positive force for helping others.
Over the past five years, Danny has successfully guided over 100 organisations across the globe towards achieving their health, wellbeing and performance-related goals. Utilising evidence-based solutions from positive psychology, he helps organisations shift their mindsets from surviving to truly thriving. Danny’s approach includes improving mental fitness, fostering resilience, and promoting positive leadership to create flourishing workplaces.
Danny is known for his openness in sharing his experiences, providing valuable insights, and enabling participants to create positive change during adversity and beyond. His interactive sessions are designed to energise, inspire, and motivate teams.
