Where Fashion and Mental Health Come Together - London Fashion Week Citywide Celebration

Join us on Sunday, September 15 in Soho, London for a meaningful and unique evening where we bring together two worlds - fashion and mental health, for London Fashion Week Citywide Celebration, hosted by Speakers Collective.

There will be inspiring talks from speakers: Sarah Hollebon, fashion designer and mental health advocate, Russell Amerasekera, life coach and personal stylist, and Style by Laura Jane, holistic style coach.

There will also be an interactive fashion exhibition for you to immerse yourself in fully. It will involve Beth Cole giving an embroidery demonstration, an art installation on mental health stigma, and Sarah’s garments that weave people’s experiences into the design.

PLUS there will be an exclusive insight into the new collection Shape of Stigma, in collaboration with Noires Fashions.

About Sarah Hollebon

Sarah Hollebon, Speakers Collective member and fashion designer, explores social issues through sculptured garments.

Sarah specialises in creating statement pieces that weave people’s personal experiences as a way to truly honour and celebrate who they are and what they have been through.

Sarah uses her garments at talks, speeches, and workshops as a visual metaphor to open up and begin the conversation on mental health.

Located in Carnaby London, Sarah’s mission to make lasting and positive change in the world by exploring topics that are challenging yet impact us all such as mental health, trauma, and sexual violence.

Using fashion as a force for good, Sarah’s work helps build meaningful connections, whether it’s with ourselves or with the people around us.
